An exciting position has become available for a Farm Manager at The Watermark Aggregation with Faulkner Farming.
As Farm Manager you will lead the day-to-day management of the aggregation, with its financial performance, including operational and employee management and ensuring the safety of the workplace. The role includes the implementation of corporate and governance processes and is hands on at times with responsibility for equipment operation and maintenance. You will manage the capital improvement works across the aggregation.
The ideal person will have strong communication skills, ability to implement business processes and procedures, be able to work on your own as well as lead the team, with a focus on building a strong performance and safety culture. The role is for someone who has a proven track record, is self-motivated and enthusiastic with strong cropping experience. This is the pinnacle of Farm Manager positions!
