An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated hands-on Farm Manager to join our team on the Burmah Aggregation near Inverell on the Northern Tablelands. This position will work closely with the General Manager and be responsible for timely execution of farming processes along with the implementation of corporate and governance processes. What’s Involved? Daily management of the aggregation encompassing planning, financial performance, operational and employee management; Timely execution of farming operations with cropping and livestock; Implementation of the businesses policies and procedures; Execution of transformation and sustainability activities.
