The Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of the broad-acre irrigation and cropping enterprise. Your role will be critical in ensuring the success and sustainability of the farm’s operation. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including crop planning, planting, crop management and harvesting, developing annual budgets, monitoring crop health, hiring, training, and managing staff, oversee maintenance and repair of farm equipment and maintain accurate records of all farm operations.
