CPI are looking for a dynamic leader with hands-on experience in farming or land development with proven ability to manage teams and oversee contractors effectively, are skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery, are proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and are physically fit and able to work outdoors. You’ll be tasked to: Manage day-to-day land development programs and guide small teams; Lead machinery procurement, maintenance, and operation for projects; Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, use GIS tools and reporting systems to track progress and share updates.
