An experienced and skilled cropping professional is invited to apply for the position of Operations Manager for a family-owned mixed farming business covering 5,000 hectares located just 15 kilometres from the charming village of Collie in Central NSW. Actively collaborating with motivated and experienced owners to enhance the cropping aspect of the business strategically. This role will require adaptability to various farming techniques and a family centric valued individual.
Previous hands-on experience is essential as you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various agricultural equipment and machinery used on the farm. Maintenance and repair of all farm infrastructure, including sheds and machinery, will also fall under your purview, necessitating a proactive approach to ensure everything is in prime condition.
