Our client has multiple farming operations in Northern Vic, NSW and Qld, and their operation in Central Victoria of 4400Ha has a combination of production activities including broadacre cropping (dryland and irrigated), permanent horticulture, livestock and regenerative based product manufacture.
The Assistant Manager role will be accountable for the operating performance of the cropping & sheep activities alongside the Farm Manager. Skills and experience required: current drivers licence; ideally have held a production based role in a mixed farming enterprise; sound understanding of management practices and excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for decision-making and problem solving. This is an opportunity for a technical agronomist looking to move into an operational management role.
