An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced and professional Assistant Farm Manager at their ‘Petro Station’ that farms 9,000ha of dryland cereal & pulse crops. Your primary responsibilities will be: Plan and execute the cropping operations, with a dedicated focus on quality, productivity, efficiency and cost control; Lead all on-ground farming staff so they understand their responsibilities, are engaged and regularly communicated with in a respectful manner; Promote a safe work environment; Ensure Farm Hygiene is first class.
