Faulkner Farming manages mixed farming properties for Australian and European institutional investors. The Aggregation Manager will lead the daily management of the aggregation in planning, financial performance, operational and employee management.
Responsibilities: Timely execution of farming operations and the implementation of the businesses policies and procedures; Work closely with Gunn Agri Partners who provide finance, HR and WHS support; Manage a small operational team, support the relationship with livestock operators, and execute approved capital improvement work. The ideal person will have strong current cropping experience, proficiency with cropping management applications such as AgWorld, excellent communication skills, ability to implement business processes and be confident to lead a team.
