Administration & Operations Coordinator

This is an opportunity to be a member of a fast-paced small local team of a large global cotton trading house which sources cotton directly from growers, and exports it to all major consuming markets globally.
As Administration & Operations Coordinator responsibilities include:  bookkeeping and banking; assist in preparation and coordination of  logistics, incl. sea freight bookings, shipping documents, container packing and export compliance; maintenance of inventory database.  Ideal skills and experience required include:  Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics or similar; Advanced MS Suite incl. Excel and Access database skills; MYOB software; Agricultural background.
