Stock squad issues alert for missing Cloncurry cattle

The brands and earmarks of the missing cattle.Detectives from the Cloncurry Stock and Rural Crime Investigation Squad (SARCIS) are seeking public assistance in relation to 250 head of cattle reported missing from Rosegreen Station located approximately 90km north of Cloncurry.

The steers were part of a larger herd in one of the station’s paddocks.

They were noticed missing on March 17 with no sign of how they could have escaped or have been removed.

Det Sgt Bob Guteridge of the Cloncurry Sarcis told Beef Central the stock are all steers of Brahman cross type.

The property runs both red and white bulls and also some Tropicanas and Charbray.

The missing cattle are No. 0s and 1s.

The brands and earmarks are as shown above.
