Well known Sydney butcher Anthony Puharich will feature in a segment on Channel 10’s hugely popular Master Chef program on television night.
Anthony will lead a masterclass segment with the series' remaining six contestants, entirely devoted to red meat.
Anthony, who heads up his family’s well known high-end wholesale business Vic's Meats and its flagship Sydney retail butchery outlet, Victor Churchills in Woolahra, will impart his words of wisdom on a wide range of beefy topics including best cut selection for different applications; wet versus dry-aged beef; grass versus grain-fed beef and a host of other meaty facts that will be of interest to aspiring foodies.
Master Chef regularly pulls audiences of around 1.4 million viewers, making it one of the watched shows on Australian television.
