National Sausage KingsTHE humble sausage took centre stage in Hobart on Saturday night as independent butchers from across Australia gathered for the national finals of the ever-popular National Sausage Kings competition, convened by the Australian Meat Industry Council.

The National finals represented the culmination of nine months of earlier judging events held at local, regional and state level (see Beef Central’s earlier report on results).

Pictured below are the winners and placegetters in each of the seven Sausage Kings divisions.
